Begin with pizza, preparing your own dough from scratch before learning how to stretch it by hand and top it with a selection of carefully chosen ingredients. You’ll pick up essential tips on balance, texture, and baking as you create a pizza that’s entirely your own.
Then turn to tiramisu, where you’ll build this iconic dessert from the ground up. Learn to prepare a traditional zabaglione and discover the art of layering for the perfect finish - rich, light, and full of flavour.
Once everything is complete, sit down and enjoy your handmade creations.
